The Burnt Sausage is a family run café at the bottom of Holywell High Street and a welcome addition.  They do a lovely mixture of main meals, snacks and an all day breakfast; plent of hot and cold drink options are also available.  Check the menu for regular updates.  At the moment they are opening Tuesday to Friday 9am to 3pm and Saturday 9am to 2pm
